## Kyo: From Sheltered Kitten to Ul'dah's Rising StarBorn Kyo Tia under the 6th Astral Moon in Tha's Respite, Kyo had a sweet childhood. The youngest of four half-siblings and an adventurer's son, travel was his middle name. But a recent tragedy shattered his family's happy bubble, leaving them all pretty messed up.Thanks to his dad's coaching and mom's training, Kyo became a Tha'n Guardian - basically an elite warrior who keeps giant beasties and baddies at bay. They also guard hunting grounds while the braves are out, so gotta be a whiz with both close-quarters combat and ranged attacks. In his early teens, you could find him scouting or guarding during the Forgotten Springs' bustling trade fairs.Now, male Miqo'te at the Springs are rare. Most guys bounce to find a new tribe. Some stay, but most head out to train and become another tribe's breeding stud (gotta keep that gene pool fresh, right?). Kyo, however, left for a way sadder reason.Driven to become a fighting machine and master every combat style under the sun, Kyo defied his family's warnings and hitched a ride to Ul'dah, the big city. Apparently, the city's dangers and "temptations" (wink wink, nudge nudge) weren't enough to scare him off. His impressive skills with a blade and a bow earned him the title of Nunh before he even left his village. No love life yet, but Kyo readily admits he has a soft spot for both good food and pretty faces. Still, his main focus is finding awesome people to explore and learn from. Ul'dah, watch out - Kyo's here to make a name for himself!

Shujin: Hero in the Making, Torn by Duty֎ Shujin's got wanderlust bad. He craves adventure and the bonds forged on the road. Family's a dream too, but his chosen path throws a wrench in those plans.֎ See, in his Seeker tribe, only one dude gets to be the breeding stud (gotta keep things strong, y'know?). But there's also the leader role, calling the shots for the whole crew. Shujin's stuck between becoming a muscle-bound studmuffin or a badass leader.֎ He's got a bit of a hero complex, always picturing himself as the star of his own epic adventure. Not arrogant, just fiercely ambitious and driven, with a maybe-a-little-too-high opinion of himself.֎ Women? Shujin digs a strong, capable type with a bit of beauty thrown in. He's got a thing for Minfilia, but open to making friends with any awesome woman out there (even though his tribe whispers sweet nothings about only Miqo'te making good wives). Becoming a Nuhn, a tribe's protector, is his duty, but he knows pretty faces can be a major distraction. Looks like Shujin's gotta choose between his hero dreams and family ties.

Kyo: A Desert Rose with ThornsKyo's a man of few words, preferring actions to idle chatter. This can make him seem cold or even savage to some, a brooding loner with a chip on his shoulder. While he can be friendly, his tribal roots make him gravitate towards strong women, but trust takes time for him to build. Social settings can be a minefield – desert boy at heart, he tends to shrink back in unfamiliar crowds. Respect means more to him than water, and his blunt honesty can come off as crass or informal. He blurts things out before thinking, a habit picked up from his mischievous sisters.Beneath the stoic exterior lies a warm and loving heart.
